Terms of Service

By creating an account or using clubbins.com or the Clubbin app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Clubbin.

You must be at least 18 years old. Clubbin features nightlife and club events. You may hold one personal account, and the information you give us, including your phone number, must be accurate.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at clubbins.global@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.

DJ, musician, merchant and club accounts are reviewed before they can stream or sell. We may ask for a verification document and may decline an application.

Live events are for your personal viewing. Do not record, re-stream, download or share them except with the share button and features Clubbin provides.

Live streams depend on the host's equipment and internet connection and on yours. Streams can be delayed, interrupted or end early, and picture quality adjusts to your connection. Events can be changed or cancelled by their hosts.

Prices are shown in Tanzanian shillings before you pay. Payments are made with mobile money through our payment provider. A subscription gives access for the period shown when you buy it. A ticket gives access to the event it is for.

If a payment went through but you did not get what you paid for, or an event you bought a ticket for was cancelled, contact us at clubbins.global@gmail.com. We look at each case and refund where it is due, and always where the law requires.

Products in live shopping are sold by the merchants who list them, and food and drinks by the venues that offer them. They are responsible for what they sell, its description, quality and delivery. Clubbin provides the platform and payment, and helps resolve problems: report any issue with an order to us at clubbins.global@gmail.com.

When you stream or sell on Clubbin, you agree that:

• You have the rights to everything you broadcast, including the music you play, or permission from whoever holds them.
• Your products, prices and event details are accurate, and you deliver what you sell.
• Your broadcasts follow the law and these terms.

You keep ownership of your content. You allow Clubbin to stream it, record it, offer it as a replay, and use short excerpts and your event details to promote your events on Clubbin, for as long as it is on the platform.

• Harass, threaten or insult others, or post hateful, violent or sexually explicit content.
• Broadcast or share content you do not have the rights to.
• Spam the chat, impersonate others, or mislead buyers.
• Pay with means that are not yours, or try to get around payments or access rules.
• Interfere with Clubbin's systems, or collect other people's information from it.

We and event hosts may remove content, mute people in chat, end a broadcast, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. You can stop using Clubbin and ask us to delete your account at any time.

We work to keep Clubbin running well, but provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Clubbin is not responsible for indirect losses, or for what hosts, merchants and other users say, stream or sell. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Tanzanian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know in the app or by email. Using Clubbin after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: clubbins.global@gmail.com.
